About Me
Sometimes a single moment changes our entire life. Not because we planned it. But because it forces us to question everything we've believed in until now. That's exactly how my journey began.
For many years, I was convinced that health was something that just happened to us. If your body has issues, you go to the doctor; they’re the expert and know best. If you get a diagnosis, you just have to learn to live with it. That’s what I thought back then.
As early as 2008, I started receiving the first signals from my body. I was 20 years old. Back pain, digestive problems, headaches, inflammation, exhaustion, and many other complaints accompanied me for years. I didn’t just accept them, but I also never truly found healing. Unwillingly, it became part of my belief system that it was genetically predetermined. I functioned. And I almost exclusively sought answers externally.
Until the year 2021 came.
I was admitted to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. All the examinations prescribed for such a case followed. Day after day, I waited for answers. I received several antibiotics, cortisone, and other treatments. Nevertheless, my condition worsened. On the 10th day, they even wanted to discharge me, but my inner voice became so loud that I finally listened to it and refused my discharge. During this time, I had a near-death experience and had to realize how helpless one can feel when no one has a clear answer. This experience changed my life.
For the first time, I understood that for many years I had completely handed over responsibility for my health to other people. For the first time, I didn’t ask myself:
“Who can explain my symptoms to me?”
But instead:
“Why didn’t I listen to my inner voice sooner? Why did my body have to scream so loudly before I truly noticed it? Why is life so incredibly unfair to me?”
These questions were painful, but they marked the beginning of my journey. In the beginning, I was so broken that even today I can’t truly put it into words. I no longer trusted doctors, was severely depressed, and pitied myself, hated my body, and even blamed myself for going to the wrong hospital. I couldn’t feel anything anymore… life had already dealt me some blows before, but this was the absolute low point where I truly met life with a ‘screw it’ attitude. Giving up was not an option; that would have been too selfish towards my family. So, I decided to embark on a path to heal myself.
I began to intensively engage with health. I fasted. I changed my diet. I delved into gut health, detoxification, micronutrients, the nervous system, breathing, meditation, consciousness, and many other topics. I experimented, observed, reflected, and learned step by step to listen to my body again.
I completed numerous trainings, attended seminars, devoured books, and explored various approaches to health and personal development. I became my own biggest research project.
Of course, this path was rocky. I didn’t count the days when I didn’t want to get up, when I isolated myself, but there were many. There aren’t many photos either. I wore a mask for those around me because I didn’t want to burden anyone. It was hard enough to keep my own fears in check, and I didn’t have the strength to manage those of my environment as well. I couldn’t even cry anymore.
Whenever I thought I had found an answer, I ended up in a dead end again. I invested all my savings in my healing and further education. But with each passing month or year, it became clearer to me that health is never just physical.
For a long time, I was convinced that healing primarily happens alone. I withdrew, worked on myself, did cleanses, fasting programs, meditations, and many other methods. I invested countless hours in my personal development.
Until I eventually realized:
What we can heal alone eventually reaches its limits. Because many of our deepest patterns don’t even show themselves when we are alone. They only become apparent in encounters with other people. That’s where it becomes visible what triggers us. Where we make ourselves small. Where we are afraid. Where we need control. Where we don’t feel seen.
And that’s exactly where the opportunity arises to consciously change these old patterns.
This realization fundamentally changed my view of health.
Today, I am convinced that true change begins when we take responsibility for our own lives.
Not by achieving everything alone. But by learning to listen to our bodies, remaining open to new perspectives, and at the same time developing the courage to truly show ourselves in community. That’s why today I connect health and community. My seminars are far more than just fasting or health retreats.
They are spaces where knowledge meets experience. Where body, mind, and emotions all have equal room. And where people can encounter themselves – and others – on a deeper level.
I don’t believe there’s one right way. I believe that everyone is allowed to find their own path. Therefore, I don’t see my task as telling people how to live. I want to support them in developing trust in themselves again. Because the greatest insight from my own journey was not a specific method.
Not a training. Not a therapy.
But the realization that the answers I had sought externally for so long only became visible when I began to look inward again.
And it is precisely this experience that I want to share today through my being, my knowledge, and with my befriended collaborators.
All the formats I offer serve one goal: to bring as many people as possible back to feeling and to find their own truth.
